Space coast retreat
The unit at La Cita was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The advertised description matched the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything my group needed. We had a chance to play a round of golf in addition to seeing two launches from NASA from our vantage point. The unit was a welcome place to return to each evening after a long day of touring, and the host was very responsive.

Home away from home
After living in the area as snowbirds for 22 years then having to sell for personal reasons. It was nice to go back and visit old friends in the area. I’m sure we’ll be back again knowing that the places to stay at are comfortable and homey.

Great Condo
The condo in LaCita was perfect for our golf trip. We were able to sleep 3 comfortably, each with own room. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend.

Weekend Away
We went to Titusville to kayak with Get up and Go, bioluminescence. Condo was easy to find, key box, safe neighborhood and near everything in Titusville. Had a great time.

Right at home
The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. As other reviewers have stated, you really feel right at home. We especially appreciated that you could leave items rather than waste them for the next guests. Location is in a nice neighborhood and not far from the space center.

Cozy and convenient
Great location. Clean! Loved the artwork and travel pictures. Felt like we were staying with family. All beds were comfortable. Patios are lovely for having coffee and watching golfers go by. Many great restaurants nearby. Easy to reach the owners to ask questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway
Awesome stay, nice and quiet, just what we were looking for. It was a great launching point for us to visit the space center and the beach. Thank you for letting us "borrow" your condo Out of all the rentals we have done over the years, this condo felt most like a home than any other (fully stocked with anything you might need) and the directions and notes left around were so helpful. Well done!

We felt very at home. The condo had everything we needed and more! I loved sitting on the lanai and reading while watching the golfers go by. We will definitely attempt to rent this condo again in the future!

Great place to stay

Perfect snowbird retreat
Excellent location. On a golf course. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Near a nature reserve and the Kennedy Space Center. Very welcoming owner.

Very Relaxing and Clean
It was a delight to stay here. Jill was so friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and had the comforts of home. My kids commented that they felt like they were at Grandma's house. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Can I give more than 5 stars?
This was such an excellent experience! I loved the condo - so clean, but homey. By homey I mean that they left coffee and creamer, a few Eggo waffles (for when someone is starving before we can go get food), a beer in the fridge, etc. How thoughtful! And they're ok with me washing a load of clothes there (laundry detergent on hand) so I don't have to do laundry immediately upon my return home. What a blessing! I was touched by the map in the grandkids' room...gives me something to shoot for with my grands. The location is excellent -- wonderful neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about it!

Perfect!
We were here to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. There are many hotels in the area but I am so glad we stayed here instead. The condo had everything we needed including a laundry room. No checked luggage for us! Jill was responsive to my questions prior to check-in which was even more impressive because she was traveling in Africa! I would highly recommend this condo to others and I would most definitely stay here again.

A Real Home Away From Home
Jill & Chuck were the most gracious hosts even though they were not present. The moment we opened the doors, it felt like home. Everything was so well-organized with instructions on what to do, and how-to's. The property is clean, hospitable, family-oriented, and just a nice place to relax. Although it was 5 minutes away from our family, we found ourselves eager to return to 'chill'. Had there been a rating out of 10, they would score 11, and that's not kidding, because we have stayed at other properties. Thank you Jill & Chuck for allowing us to share your space. Dandy!!
What a dandy condo! It was roomy, clean, and nested in a nice neighborhood surrounded by a golf course. We enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood. Coffee on the lanai was quite pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure. It was conveniently close to touristy spots.

Great Location
Condo was clean and quiet. Fully stocked. Great location for NASA and Coco beach activities. Felt like staying at a relative's house instead of a rental. Communication with the owners were great. Would stay there again.

Loved this condo!
We were in town to visit my daughter & grand-babies and also attend cheer competition for my youngest daughter in Orlando. The condo was perfect! More than enough room for the four of us and having the two bathrooms was a huge help. The bed in the master bedroom was plenty big and comfortable. It was easy to find and close to everything we needed. Will definately stay again the next time we visit!

Perfect home away from home!
We have stayed at numerous rental properties all over the country and I have to say this condo felt like home, it was so comfy. It was the most well stocked and clean rental we have experienced. Everything was waiting for us, paper products, laundry staples, bathroom items and plenty of towels. We only had to purchase a few food items for the week and my family was set! Our teenage son was attending a day camp at Kennedy Space Center for a week and the location was perfect for daily drop offs and pick-ups. I cannot stress how quiet the condo was, the few times I even saw neighbors they were so friendly. Also, a big shout out for the fantastic AC unit LOL. We have stayed in houses all up and down the coast from North Carolina to Florida and they all seem to have trouble keeping up with the summer heat. It was close to 100 degrees daily and our condo was always comfortable. It may not seem like a big deal but trust me, when the AC is out in Florida it gets hot in a hurry. The two screened in porches were wonderful with very comfy furniture. My family are avid golfers, so we enjoyed watching the players come through on the 16th and 17th holes while enjoying coffee in the morning. Plenty of great restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend Playalinda Brewing Company, amazing craft beer with delicious food. Also, the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is well worth your time, a truly beautiful drive. Lastly, our host Jill, what a gracious person. She was so responsive to any questions and has made her condo such a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. It was a fantastic home away from home for us. If we are ever back in the area I know where we will be staying. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Great Place
It was a great place to stay at. Nice and well put together. Great location if you wanted to go to the beach or disney world/sea world. Definitely will come back.

Fantastic Experience
I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo is immaculate and the owners have thought of every possible thing a person could need during their stay. The condo is nicely furnished and it a great location. Jill, the owner, was a great source of information, was easy to communicate with, and provided suggestions of things to do in the area. Just like home
Staying here was just like staying at my grandparents house. We walked in and the fridge had food and groceries that people had left. It had all of the comforts of home. The lanai was perfect for our morning coffee and our evening drinks. It was clean and comfortable!

Great Place
We liked the condo with its split level and open concept. We also liked it outside, especially in the night when one of us could not sleep but could sit outside looking over part of the golf course. The beach is just what we enjoy: very few people on a long stretch of clean beach with deep, soft sand. We had a great time. Thanks Jill and Chuck.

Great!
We had a great experience! A minor issue with the a/c came up but was resolved within a couple of hours after contacting appropriate people. Great response time and service from the owners and property manager! We were able to relax despite having to go to Titusville for my beloved Grandma's funeral. Thank you, Jill and Chuck, for going above and beyond for us!

Great Place to stay!
This is a great place to stay while in the Titusville area. This condo is neat, clean and feels like home. It is also close to some good eating places. This is our second time staying here. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

Everything we expected and more!!!
Jill was very prompt and helpful in arranging our stay on short notice. She made sure we had the paperwork required within an hour of our request to book. When we arrived at the condo it was everything described and then some. We travelled with two military couples and one young child. All of the bedrooms, common areas and patios are very spacious and offered plenty of room to hangout, relax and enjoy the weekend. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and once again Jill has been very accommodating. I won't hesitate to stay here again and will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Family getaway
Our family was in town for a family gathering. This condo was perfect !!! Location is amazing and in a very quiet area. It was so nice to be able to use the beach chairs, beach toys and ice chests to go to Playalinda beach. Short drive to Kennedy Space Center and Ray’s Air Boat Rides. Recommend both!!!! The master shower is like no other, the beds were all very comfortable, living area was set up nice for our family to play games and watch TV. Sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning and watching the lizards move about was fun. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need to be able to cook in the condo. Cannot say enough good about this condo. Jill is amazing to work with. We will definitely be back next time we are in Titusville. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The Moore’s

Beautiful condo

Spread out... but cozy!!
We have our young adult children (boy and girl) and one 15 year old son. The boys shared a room the princess had her own little corner and the queen and I had a room to ourselves. As I said the layout was really nice. Everyone could retreat to their own corner of the condo or u could come together inthe lr or dr. The place has a really nice “feel.” I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I think the rest of the fam would agree. Small screen porch off of master br and lr is also a nice touch. Cleanliness was very good. We will certainly be back...God willing.
