I just love this house! Such a cozy home and awesome fit for 6 or less.
There are a couple littles surprise's inside and a guest book filled with great reviews over years of hosting.
Peaceful! Quiet! Serenity! Enjoy the Coastal Breeze While the Palm Trees Sway!
If you like crowds this is not the spot for you! The Pool is heated and Lighted so you can swim day or night. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths, Large Living Rm, Dining room Privacy Fenced Yard with lots of room to Play or just Relax. Not far to the most Beautiful, Natural Beach left in the state. Very Private home. Relax, Enjoy the Beautiful Inground Pool, only for your use. High Speed Wireless Internet, Fishing, Shrimping, Surfing, Sky Diving 5 min from home, Golf, Nature Walks or Drives, Bird Watching, and more or just Sun and Relaxation!!! Wanna check out the crowds? Cocoa Beach 20 min, Daytona Beach 30 min, Orlando 40 min. Then maybe come home Lounge around the Pool or take a dip. Three recliners in the ever so comfy leather sectional.
I hope Your going to love it!
Oh and keep an eye in the sky for the fellow flying by on a bycicle, and watch the beautiful sky divers floating in the air a short distance away. Yes you can see the rockets from this house or if you want to be closer I know a spot only the locals know about. Find out when you book.

Like staying at a friends house

Was this a luxury 5 star resort where you couldn't relax, no. This was like staying at a friend or families house where you could easily relax on the couch and watch a movie or hang out in the pool. We had a great stay. Great location just off I-95 between family in both Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach. The beds, linens and pillows are very comfortable. Very clean. Loved the pool, and the neighborhood seemed very quiet. Owner responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Overall, the property met all our needs. Location was perfect. The host was very quick and provided help immediately when having TV problem and the problem was resolved. Small kitchen but other than breakfast we really didn’t need anymore space.

The pool was cold, we checked in on friday, and it was Tuesday before the pool was warm enough to swim in. None of the remotes worked, batyeries were corroded, lizards had a nest under the hot water heater, the whole house smelled of cat urine, we were shocked b6 electric trying to turn on the lights, water leaking from roof into master bathroom. I have photos of all of this.

Wonderful vacation home

My wife and I had a great holiday weekend at this home. Very clean, well furnished and appointed, and a fantastic pool in which to swim and cool off. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to all the essentials and the Canaveral National Seashore and Playalinda Beach. Smart TVs in every room, comfortable furniture, good air conditioning, even a pinball machine in the laundry room. We had a great time and plan on returning.

Spent time with family and love every bit of it as it was before the house is perfect for the time i wanted hope to be back in the future i really love the location it was very relaxing so relaxing i didnt want to leave Denise was a very nice owner and that makes the world of difference when your away from home. Great place.

This was my second time staying here. Stayed here for our family vacation. It was amazing. Great location close to everything. My family and I really enjoyed the house . The pool was great as well. Denise is wonderful. Definitely recommend. We will be back for a 3rd time.

Winter getaway

When I arrived the entry code didn’t work but the maintenance worker showed up immediately to let me in. I had an ant issue, common in Florida, which he promptly sprayed for and I didn’t have anymore issues for the remainder of my month stay. The neighborhood was safe, the heated pool is a huge bonus in my book. The owner always responded to any of my inquiries immediately. I enjoyed my stay so much I’m hoping it becomes my annual winter get away home.

Not renovated as listed. Very dated home. Pool listed as heated but was freezing and we were told it was kept 80-85. AC went out on Thanksgiving. They did get fixed next morning but it was a simple maintenance issue that if doing maintenance it would be caught. Neighbor has crap everywhere.

Photos of Listing are old and Misrepresent House’s Current Condition

If possible, we try to use Vrbo whenever we travel. This is the first poor review I’ve written. If I could give it 0 in all categories, I would. The house was filthy. When we turned on the only lamp we saw in the living room, the light bulb couldn’t have been more than 40 watts. The kitchen and hall lights didn’t work. The digital thermostat in the hall was blank. Since the hall light didn’t work, we had to use a cell phone flashlight to try to get the AC going. It didn’t work, so there was no air conditioning. The hall bath had urine and pubic hair on the rim, and there was urine in and surrounding the toilet. The bathtub had a anti slip mat that was once clear. It had yellow stains on it. There should not be a mat in the tub of a rental because bacteria and viruses grow underneath the mat. The bed in the primary bedroom had no sheets. The pillows were thin and gray because they were old. The mattress pad hadn’t been removed to wash. The dirty sheets were lying on the laundry room floor. The bedspread was hanging over a chair. The kitchen sink had blackish stains in it and the trash hadn’t been removed. The pool had algae growing all over it. There was exposed pool mechanical equipment in full view and it appeared to be broken. The pretty patio furniture shown in listing was non existent. When comparing the photos in the listing, it became clear the listing photos were old ones and didn’t reflect the actual condition of the house. We took pictures of the house’s condition, locked it up and left. We booked a hotel.

Worked well for us

Overall the experience was good. I brought my 2 dogs and chose this one because of the fenced yard. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed (non food items) to prepare meals. Pool was perfect. Only issue was the grass was way past time to be mowed and did not get mowed the week we were there due to a mower issue. It was too long for us to enjoy the included cornhole game and too long for me to properly clean up after my dogs. I would rent it again as long as I had a guarantee that the grass would be cut.

Good location for Kennedy and launches. Pool is good. Had an issue with the hot water, none during the 3 night stay, property manager was responsive but the leak was under the slab.

Perfect place to stay.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting my grandma. The pool was lovely and we were in it twice a day while we were there. We enjoyed coffee and after dinner drinks on the patio while watching the birds and lizards. We would love to stay again in future visits!

Great place to settle for your trip to Florida see my review and you can prepare accordingly

Good house for small family. This home is not huge but it did supply all basic needs except a hair dryer. There is a coffee pot that you can brew a pot of coffee and also k-cups! Basic kitchen appliances, outside grill, bring your charcoal. You will need to buy spices as there are none there. No left over aluminum etc. Lighting in home is with soft white so when putting on make up I had to open the door to the outside (from the master bathroom) to get enough light to see. Bathroom storage is lacking. While we were there, there was a gas leak, had to have the gas company out 2 times, laundry room hot water tank had gas leak also. No CO monitor in home. Pool was great; by putting the cover back on at night kept the pool warmer for the next day. Outdoor space nice. Neighbors were pleasant. No beach chairs or large cooler supplied. One small 6 pack cooler avail. Wi-fi, each room had TV’s, pin ball machine in laundry room was a nice distraction while it rained. No games supplied, some DVD’s and Wii console. Beaches are close (driving) there is a binder with a lot of great info on them.
