"Comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was cosy with nice pillows and bed linen, the sofa was comfortable and free view tv was welcome in the evening. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. "The property was beautifully decorated and Danielle was great with her communications, directions were very helpful. I stayed as a base for the Hay festival and enjoyed the peace and quiet. "Me and my partner loved staying here, the views were amazing especially waking up to dozens of sheep right outside our door. Buck Barn was well looked after and had everything we needed for our stay, the hot tub was incredible too, the only thing i could fault is that there were lots of flies around the area and a lot of them ended up in the cabin but if you keeps doors and windows closed it should be fine."

"Hillside lodge is a beautiful cabin/lodge with stunning surroundings. My partner and I only stayed 1 night but could happily do a week (if you like quiet) Self check in and out so no need to find any staff, pulled straight up to the lodge with ease. Lodge was clean and tidy with everything ready that we had ordered.
