The nearest restaurants are located 1 minute by car (approx. 1 km) away in Kuens (Caines) and approx. 4 minutes by car (approx. 2 km) away in Dorf Tirol (Tirolo). Supermarkets and cafés are also located in Dorf Tirol (Tirolo). The spa town Merano (Merano) with its world-famous thermal baths, the beautiful old town and the enchanting Christmas market is only about 2 km away. The area is also very popular with hikers thanks to its numerous hiking trails, orchards and vineyards. The Tischlerhof is an ideal starting point to discover the hiking paradise of Hochmuth (Meraner Höhenweg) and Hirzer. In winter the nearby skiing areas such as Merano 2000 (about 6 km away) can be easily reached. The South Tyrolean capital Bolzano (Bozen) can be reached by car in about 35 minutes (about 36 km).
