The space
The apartment is part of a villa, situated on the ground floor, with more than 400M2 of garden. You have a private balcony, around 20M2.

The apartment is composed of 2 Rooms, 1 queen and 2 single beds, one big entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite for the big room and 1 in the hall for the small room.

Open space living room, connected with the fully equipped kitchen. A comfy sofa and TV to relax during your stay.

Private parking inside the house for the guest, up to 2 cars.
Guest access
Guest can use the garden for BBQ, to play and enjoy the sunny days. They also have the space of balcony , for a delicious meal or to relax in the nature.

The villa is located 30 min walk from Artificial lake of Tirana, Dry Lake, Xhebrahim Lake. 30-40 min from the Airport and 15 min from the city center.

Blloku is just 10 min drive. The neighbor is well put, with supermarkets, restaurants (fish, meat, vegetarian).
