"I needed a fridge & no room service"

"Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring"

"Overall, we had a great stay. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable, although dated with furnishings. This wasn’t really an issue because it added to the overall charm of the place. The breakfast was amazing. Don’t even think of getting a package that doesn’t include breakfast. It was marvelous. We did have one rather uncomfortable experience with the attendants in the pool and gym area. We were just walking around, checking it out, fully dressed ( lol) …it was very obvious that...

"This is a great, family friendly property that make fantastic use of its space. The host was warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with."

"The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had...

"Música alta até 1pm. Não conseguiamos dormir."

"Ficamos no quarto Owney e a limpeza estava péssima. Havia, pelo menos, 5 aranhas que conseguimos visualizar. Os cantos com muita poeira e no geral, uma impressão de descuido e de abandono. A experiência do castelo em si é bem interessante, mas não nos hospedaríamos mais nele. "

"There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently"

"Hotel amplo numa localização fora da cidade. Confortavel, quartos amplos, boa rouparia, bom chuveiro. O quarto precisaria de atualização. Havia azulejo trincado no box e um azulejo de padrão antigo que da ar de velho. Havia frigobar no quarto e água no corredor, e apesar de entender que isso é característico da hotelaria Irlandesa, a falta de amenidades como hidratante, roupão, chinelo de quarto faz muita falta. Assim como a maioria dos hotéis nao possui ar condicionado o que para nos gera...

"A estadia correu bem, quartos confortáveis e espaçosos. Casa de banho enorme e bom pequeno almoço. Fizemos o chek-in por volta das 21 horas e foi pena não seguirmos a dica da rececionista e jantar no restaurante do hotel. Quisemos ir a Limerick e já não apanhamos nada para comer a não ser fast food. "

"It's a decent place to stay. The staff is great. Just aging and so many little details in poor condition. And now this isn't the hotels fault per say but very noisy. Walls were paper thin and could hear other rooms talking and TV playing. Heater was on in my bathroom and the knob was broken so couldn't turn it off."

"Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again."

"Great stay. We enjoyed our time and the hosts were very helpful with suggestions for the area and stops to make in our way back to Dublin. We had a full day to make the 1.5 hour drive to drop of our rental car. Neil was able to give us some great stops on the way."

"Room was clean and lots of parking"
