Located in a very quiet area of Tiny Township on quiet waterfront crescent/park a hop and a skip away from private deeded beach approximately 1-5 minute walk (depending of course on your leisure pace of walk. With kids it could be 5 minute walk). Stunning beaches and spectacular sunsets, trails for hiking and biking, peace and relaxation. Midland (25 min)/Penetanguishene (20 min) is only a short drive away to see a variety of popular local attractions, and shopping. Enjoy board games, T.V./DVD player, NEW: Fibe High Speed Internet, Fibe TV and Smart TV to stream your Netflix on, outdoor activity games and most of all.... fabulous beaches.

Cozy cottage bungalow with no stairs located on private waterfront court/park, a hop and a skip away from beautiful private deeded sand beach, approx. 1-5 minute walk depending on how fast you walk ( 4 cottages away) Sandy beach has some scattered rock both on beach and in the water. Backyard is surrounded by private mature trees for extra privacy. Fully equipped kitchen and municipal water (no well). Cottage is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom including cleaned sheets and towels between guest stays. Clean bedding, towels and toiletries provided. T.V/DVD player and enjoy a large selection of DVD's and board games, Fibe High speed Wifi and Fibe TV. Large private backyard with mature trees for your privacy backing onto waterfront walkway to deeded sand beach steps away. If you prefer to beach hop there are two other deeded beaches close by as well through waterfront trails. Enjoy spectacular sunsets where everyday is a unique gift. Play your favourite outdoor games or enjoy a bon fire and gaze at the stars and the moon. Awenda Provincial Park located less then an 4 minute drive (5.7 km) away for added enjoyment of this great Provincial Park and its spectacular Autumn colours. See guidebook to check out some local known attractions all within a short drive. Feel free to bring your own bikes, kayaks, stand up boards. Available June 1st to October 31.

This cottage is located in a very quiet area of Tiny Township. With consideration and respect for our neighbours and community we do not allow large parties or events and ask that excessive noise be refrained from. This cottage is located in a "family friendly home and neighbourhood". This cottage accomodates 5 people comfortably with 3 large spacious bedrooms, one with a desk. It has ample closet and storage space. There is a fee for any guests staying over and above the maximum of 5. Campers, trailers, tents and camping are not permitted on this property due to regulations set out by the Town. Driveway accomodates 3 regular sized vehicles (or) 2 Pick-up trucks. Parking on grass is not permitted due to septic system. I will purchase a fire permit for the fire pit but all rules for operating it must be adhered to for your safety. Please make sure there are no fire bans in effect for the area before using and fire is hosed off with water before retiring for the evening. The beach is located just steps (approx. 1-5 minute walk) down the waterfront path/park from the backyard. Beach itself is sandy with some scattered small rocks. Once in the water there are sandy and rocky areas. If your feeling adventurous and want to venture off to see other beaches there are 3 other deeded beaches located minutes away through trails. I will lend you a parking permit in case you would like to venture off to any other beaches located within Tiny Township such as Balm Beach, etc. Sandy's Tiki Hut hopes that your stay will be relaxing and peaceful and you enjoy all the amenities beautiful Tiny Township has to offer. I have an American Cocker Spaniel who visits the cottage between guests. Although the cottage is cleaned and sanitized, his hair can still linger. If you suffer from allergies, it's best to look for another cottage in case you are sensitive to allergens from pets. Pets are not accepted due to extensive cleaning possibly caused by pets who may have anxiety not being in their own home.
