Nice apartment in Tinjan with private swimming pool, can be inside or outside

A relaxed, sociable atmosphere defines this combined living and dining space, where the table forms a natural gathering place for meals and conversation. Windows above the kitchen bring daylight into the room, while tiled flooring and simple furnishings give the interior an unfussy, practical character. Outside, a swimming pool adds another dimension to leisurely holiday days. Tinjan lies amid the gently rolling countryside of central Istria, an area of vineyards, olive groves and small historic settlements that rewards slow exploration by car, bicycle or on foot. The village is particularly associated with Istrian prosciutto and local culinary traditions, making regional food part of the experience. Day trips can lead to Pazin and its dramatic gorge, the hilltop streets of Motovun or the atmospheric old town of Poreč on the Adriatic coast, where waterfront walks and the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica offer a change from rural tranquillity.
