"We loved our stay on the boat from start to finish. We had great weather so great views from the hot tub out over the water. Comfy beds and the luxury shower block was clean and had nice showers. The boat is a short drive or 30/40 min walk into Poole (40 as we waited to cross the bridge and watch the ships sail by) I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. "

"O check-in foi um frustante: chegamos três horas antes do horário marcado e nos informaram que o check-in garantido seria às 16h. Até agora, tudo bem, como manda a política do hotel. O problema foi chegar às 16h e nos informarem que ainda não tínhamos quarto, enquanto outros hóspedes estavam sem problemas. Depois de alguma certa confusão, um quarto ficou pronto imediatamente. Então, acho que isso poderia ter sido evitado, principalmente pois sabiam que já estávamos aguardando o check-in. Outro ponto ruim foi o café da manhã, eu já tinha pago na reserva, o que funcionou, mas meu filho só toma cappuccino pela manhã e esta bebida teve que ser pago à parte - ridículo um hotel 4 estrelas cobrar algo à parte por um café da manhã que já tinha sido pago. Fora isso, o hotel é bastante confortável, bem localizado e tem boa infraestrutura, exceto pelo estacionamento limitado, que às vezes pode ser difícil de encontrar. Não pude dar uma avaliação melhor porque algumas expectativas não foram atendidas."
