It is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained complex. With its 50 m², it is comfortably furnished for two people.

It consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200), an LCD TV, a stereo system, and a cozy dining area.
From here, you can access the beautiful south-facing balcony.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (180x200), an LCD TV, and exterior shutters.

The open-concept kitchenette includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, among other amenities.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the building, as well as a bicycle storage room.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
This is a duplex garage (2 cars park one above the other—dimensions: length 5.00 m x height 1.50 m x width 1.90 m).
Otherwise, you’ll have to use a public parking lot.

Building 21a features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request for an additional fee.

The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town center are about 1.5 kilometers away. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and refuel in the cozy cafes and long-established restaurants.
