The lovingly furnished Apartment 68 is located on the first floor and offers 48 m² of modern and comfortable accommodations for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
It is ideal for guests who value comprehensive and family-friendly amenities. Children are very welcome.

The light-filled living area opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals: a modern glass-ceramic stove, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a dishwasher are all at your disposal.
At the adjacent dining table, you can dine together and enjoy your time in a pleasant atmosphere. A special highlight of this apartment is the south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning or wind down your day breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses, each 90x200 cm) and two additional sleeping options in the living room on the sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm).
This makes it ideal for both couples and families with children.
There are a total of two TVs in the living area and bedroom, so you don’t have to go without entertainment even on relaxing evenings. The TV in the living room is equipped with a Fire TV Stick and does not receive commercial channels.

A bathroom with a shower and hair dryer ensures your comfort. The hallway features a coat rack, a mirror, and a shoe cabinet.
An ironing board and an iron are provided for your laundry, while a vacuum cleaner makes cleaning easier.

A bicycle storage room and a bicycle parking space at the house are available.
The spacious layout, modern kitchen, and practical amenities offer you a variety of options for a pleasant stay right near the Baltic Sea coast.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with a maximum length of 4.90 m, width of 1.90 m, a height of 1.50 m, and a total weight of 2,000 kg (unfortunately, no station wagons).
The 1.90-meter-high entrance to the underground garage is accessible from Travemünder Landstraße.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer an alternative parking space.
A large parking lot (for a fee) is available within a 5-minute walk.

Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of service disruptions).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

There is a bike storage room in the underground parking garage, and for some apartments, a duplex parking space is also reserved here.

The beautiful sandy beach is just 150 meters away.
