The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is comfortable, ideal for 2-3 people and a small child (Wi-Fi, 2 flat-screen TVs). Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright, sunny rooms, and underfloor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate. All windows are lockable and equipped with electric exterior blinds. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining area awaits you, as well as a tastefully furnished living room with a high-quality leather sofa that converts into a bed and a flat-screen TV (home cinema for optimal sound quality).

The over 20 m² south-west facing terrace with a small garden area is partially covered and invites you to relax. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided. The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed with two single mattresses, an additional flat-screen TV, and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage space.
