This modern, newly built holiday home is furnished to a very high standard and is located in the quiet holiday home area of Niendorf/Ostsee, a district of Timmendorfer Strand, right in the heart of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beautiful sandy beach and promenade, as well as the lively Niendorf harbor with its numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bicycle rentals, are all within easy walking distance.

The holiday home "Auszeit" (Time Out) offers ample space for six people to enjoy a relaxing holiday with three bedrooms and two high-quality bathrooms. Bright, welcoming rooms thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, tasteful furnishings, and underfloor heating create a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers is perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing evenings. The holiday home is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with a lawn and a play area for children. A bicycle shed and racks at the entrance, as well as two parking spaces, are also available.


The holiday home is located outside. On the ground floor, in addition to two spacious bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 180x210 cm), one with an additional TV and access to the terrace, there are two high-quality shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous living and dining area with an adjoining sun terrace. Wi-Fi and TV are provided. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a TV. All windows are fitted with electric exterior blinds.
