The apartment is a beautiful, light-filled, south-facing loft spanning two levels. It features two balconies and is located on the top floor (second floor) of the Strandburg holiday complex. The high-quality, tasteful furnishings create a wonderful living experience. On the lower level, you'll find the comfortable living area with a sunny balcony, TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi, the adjoining dining area, the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a storage room with a combined washer-dryer. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds, one with a balcony and an additional TV, a high-quality shower room, and a cozy reading nook. The bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds and curtains.

A parking space is available in the building's underground garage. Bicycles can be securely stored in a separate bicycle shed. There is no elevator.
