The Seaside Loft holiday apartment is beautifully situated in Timmendorfer Strand, just steps from the promenade, the beach, and the Baltic Sea. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is about a 10-15 minute walk along the promenade, as is the lively Niendorf harbor.

Located on the top floor (fourth floor) of a completely renovated building, the apartment spans two levels and offers ample space for four people with two separate bedrooms. Real wood floors and tasteful furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. The lower level features a comfortable living area with a TV and stereo system, a dining area for four, and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, and a two-burner ceramic cooktop. The sunny balcony is equipped with an electric awning. Also on this level are a modern shower room and a bedroom furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a TV, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom is accessed via a staircase from the hallway. It features a double bed (180x200 cm), TV, and blackout blinds. The skylight offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

An elevator, bicycle storage, and coin-operated washing machine and dryer are provided. An underground parking space is included with the apartment (entrance height 1.85 m). Guests of the neighboring Best Western Hotel can use the sauna, swimming pool, or enjoy the breakfast buffet for a fee (please inquire at the hotel).
