This exclusive holiday apartment with sea views is located on the second floor of a small apartment building in a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand. The Baltic Sea and its miles of sandy beach are just steps away. A beach chair is available for our guests there from mid-May to mid-October. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its exclusive shops, cafés, and numerous restaurants, is easily accessible on foot via the promenade in 8-10 minutes.

The "Sea View" holiday apartment offers contemporary luxury for two people. Large windows ensure bright rooms with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. The spacious, covered balcony is furnished with garden and lounge furniture and extends across the entire living area. The apartment features a bedroom with a box-spring bed and walk-in closet, a modern shower room, and an open-plan living and dining area with an integrated fitted kitchen. The high-quality, design-oriented furnishings make this property truly special.

A dedicated parking space and bicycle storage are available in the building's underground garage. A washing machine is located in the basement and is exclusively for our guests' use. A dryer is available for communal use (free of charge). An elevator is, of course, available.
