You'll find a tastefully decorated living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, an open-plan kitchen, and a cozy dining area attractively integrated into a bay window. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern bathroom has a window and a shower.

The building has a shared basement with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A parking space is available in the building's underground garage. Bicycles can be securely stored in a separate bicycle shed.
