"The apartment was very clean. It was large and well proportioned. Gail and Norm were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location was perfect, right across the road from the sea, and a pub/restaurant. "

"We started our NZ vacation here after landing in Christchurch and it was the perfect start. The pub served wonderful appetizers and desserts. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the bay--great for settling in and relaxation. The pool was cooler than I hoped. Breakfast is self-serve with limited but thoughtful options. Sharing facilities wasn't a problem, but there weren't many other guests during our stay. Staff was warmly welcoming and very accommodating. "

"We had a short but fun visit in Dyers house. I wish we could have stayed longer. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The owners also told us about the Antarctic Center at Christchurch Airport which is definitely worth a visit."
