"The room coffee was really bad. The entire facility has a strong cleaning solution smell about it. Don't know the name of the product. Room was clean. Bed was good and hotel is close to restaraunts and coffee shops."

"The room is newly remodeled and was nice. The outside needed blowing to clean up. I called the number and reported no bulb in the outside lite. No Kleenex, only decaffeinated coffee, no sugar, no sweetener, no creamer. The tv needs an IT executive to operate! Outside grounds were poorly kempt. Office looked like a bomb went off. Called the number for the items, never got them. Obvious that some United are rented. Terrible!!!!!!"

"The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. "

"Please read the fine print: Check in is exactly at 3:00pm or you will be charged an early check in fee. And there is a resort fee per day. Also, there is a bar on the property, but the bartender is unable to charge to your room (credit card or cash). "

"Room I reserved was not on record, and none was available. Bathroom/shower so small , lucky to walk in , forget about wheelchair or walker. Bed so high , had to use step stool to get wife in bed. Never use you again."

"The property was good, the problem was the "upgraded" room. I picked it because it said deluxe (not because it advertised a hot tub). What the pictures didn't show was that the tub is in the main room. Really strange to have the tub next to the bed. Other problem was the tub caused a sink in the room... to much moisture. I suspect the regular room would have been a lot better. Breakfast was good. "
