"I liked it ... it was kind of a vintage Resort that you could tell at one time it was a hotspot. It's been kept up the bathroom is very modern there's always room for improvements meaning the grounds on the outside could have more improvements more activities the fire pits don't like look like they've been used in a long time, but it was a nice quiet location and it was cool to see the tide come in and out."
"The property is getting a totally new makeover, so the owner apologized for the inconvenience while worker's are doing a great job to make the place look brand new inside and outside. I would recommend this place to everyone who's planning to stay in Newport young and old....thanks for a great stay."

"Oceanfront motel with balcony and miles of beach to explore. Older property but updated with new flooring, beds, furniture and paint. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice continental breakfast. Our suite had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces (electric) and 2 TVs, 2 sofas. Office offered free DVDs, books and games to borrow. Only 1.5 miles to Yachets. Will definitely stay here again! My only suggestion is for them to invest in a memory foam topper for the king bed, it was a bit too firm for me. "
"We were referred to this B & B from another couple. It was everything they said and more. We enjoyed sitting on front porch (blankets provided) watching birds listening to ocean.
Breakfeast was great, and nice conversation with other guests. My wife really relaxed. Also enjoyed wine and cheese upon arrival 4:30 to 5:30."

It would’ve been lovely if there was a fan to keep the air in the room moving as it felt a bit damp being that close to the ocean, but I would absolutely stay there again.
