"Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... "Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents.. Extremely dissapointed as this was one of the main selling points when I booked the property for a weekend. I had no communication with...

"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."

A localização, apesar de não ser no centro (já sabia disso) é bem acessível por trem (15 minutos para a estação London Bridge) Porém precisa corrigir problema na vedação do banheiro, pois vaza muito.
