We are located in a secluded area away from the noise and party in downtown. If you are looking for a walking distance bar, disco or restaurant, this is not your place. Although we are on a private beach, a 5 minute drive will take you to downtown Rosarito where the night life is happening. UBER is also available if needed.

If you are looking for a spot to relax and enjoy the beach, pool and jacuzzi, or simply hang out on the balcony to enjoy the sunset, then this is the right place to be. We have a full kitchen available, a BBQ grill and a bar area to hang out while you sip on a Margarita or some Baja Cali wine while looking at the dolphins cruise down the pacific ocean.

No smoking inside the condo and no parties are allowed. No pets. Please keep quiet time after 10pm. Leaving the apartment as clean as you can is greatly appreciated. The dishes should be cleaned and left out to dry. The garbage bags go in the trash cans next to the elevators downstairs in the parking lot. If your dishes are not cleaned and your trash is not taken out there will be an additional $55 cleaning fee. Please leave your dirty towels in the bathtub. Please empty the fridge at check out. Please do not hang anything on the balcony railing, including any towels or clothes.

Indecent behavior will not be tolerated. Be respectful to others, remember that there are people who live in the building permanently. Respect the schedule times for the following areas: Gym, Jacuzzis, Sauna, Steam room and parking lot. No Glass containers inside or around any of the pools or Jacuzzis. No loud music inside or outside the condominiums. No Fireworks, Grills and BBQ are permitted in any section of the building. Hanging towels on the condominium balcony is not permitted. Throwing trash like cigarettes or any type of object from the condominium balconies are not permitted. People under 16 years of age are not allowed to use any of the following areas; Gym, Jacuzzis, Sauna, Steam room. Running in the Lobby or any of the property hallways or bouncing balls (Basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, etc.) is not permitted.
Visitors for renters are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
No lifeguards on premises, parental supervision is required at all times. Please use a proper bathing suit. (No Denim or cotton cloth.) It's prohibited to wander on a floor that is not the one you are staying in.
Pets are not allowed. It is not not permitted to bring any type o-f coolers to the common areas.
It is not permitted to be in the common areas after 10 pm. Do not leave trash on the Beach.
Las Olas Mar y Sol is not responsible for any lost or damaged items brought to the property belonging to owners or their guests in the common areas. Administration accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any valuables, (including valuables left in vehicles).
