The living and dining room is a bright and comfortable area featuring 1 double sofabed, with direct access to a private balcony. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, while the bathroom and a separate WC together form the single bathroom facility of the apartment. Please be aware that, instead of all sleeping areas being enclosed within dedicated rooms, some rest spaces are situated within open-plan areas such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment enjoys a south-facing position, ensuring excellent natural light throughout the day.
