The living/dining room is equipped with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people (2 x 80 cm), a TV, and a DVD player. Additionally, it has an exit leading to a south-facing balcony. There is also a separate room with 2 bunk beds (2 x 80 cm), providing additional sleeping space. This room also has an exit to a balcony with a south-facing and west-facing position.

The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.
