Our DETACHED VACATION HOME is ideal for NATURE LOVERS and anyone who values views of nature above all else. In our case, that means a VIEW OF LAKE GARDA stretching the full length from north to south—unobstructed! The view of the MONTE BALDO MOUNTAINS in the background and the view of a NATURAL STONE GARDEN right next to the dining table or the lounge chairs on the terrace!

And not just when you’re STANDING on the terrace, but also while lying down and sunbathing! And even on cooler evenings, when you might want to enjoy the entire panorama from the living room sofa.

Our vacation home is located in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park, surrounded by forests, meadows, mountains, gorges, and waterfalls, in the VILLAGIO DI SUNCLASS vacation bungalow complex in Tignale.

It’s located in the upper part of the complex and is close enough to the pool—about a 5-minute walk—yet far enough away that you can enjoy complete peace and quiet.

The bungalow is surrounded on three sides by SUN TERRACES and is fully equipped with comfortable patio furniture.

We’ve already raved about the unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. The PEACE AND QUIET is another plus, partly because we have no neighboring bungalows on the south side and only very few all around. Plus, they’re far enough away that you can enjoy plenty of PRIVACY and PEACE AND QUIET. Just let the pictures inspire you.

BEDROOMS:
2 comfortable bedrooms.
A slightly larger bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 200 x 160 cm.
The smaller bedroom has two full-size single beds, each measuring 200 x 90 cm.

Blackout blinds or shutters on all windows.
Additional fly screens keep insects out.

BATHROOM:
Despite its modern amenities, the bathroom exudes that Mediterranean Lake Garda charm we love so much. The shower, of course, has a fixed partition. A large mirrored cabinet offers plenty of storage space.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen offers everything needed to satisfy the heart of the amateur chef (I’m one myself!!) at a high level. That includes a freezer, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and handy little appliances like a fully automatic coffee machine (De’Longhi, with coffee beans provided on-site), a kettle (with temperature settings for tea lovers), a milk frother (Jura), a SodaStream sparkling water maker, and a toaster. And, of course, a dishwasher for afterward—after all, you’re on vacation.

SMART DETAILS:
As part of the roof re-roofing project, the interior side of the roof was also stripped and fitted with INSULATION. It’s easy to see how this is beneficial during the cooler months, but the insulation also does a better job of keeping summer heat out when needed. On the south side, you’ll find a large sliding wooden louver door to provide shade and coolness in the summer. All other windows can be completely darkened with roller shutters or blackout blinds. This way, you can sleep in comfortably even in the height of summer. In addition, there are new double-glazed WINDOWS that are designed as large SLIDING DOORS in the living room, bringing nature right up close.

For cooler days, there’s a modern PELLET STOVE that can be easily controlled with a remote.

Wi-Fi: Of course, the house has high-speed Wi-Fi that you can use for free.

Satellite-TV with all German channels

You’ll find bright, inviting TILES on the terraces as well as in the living/dining area

Please understand that our bungalow is a NON-SMOKING property.

Unfortunately, electric cars cannot be charged at the house because the electrical system at Sunclass Bungalow Park is not designed for this. However, you’ll find charging stations in the small town of Gardola (about 1 km away)

We’re happy to welcome DOGS—we have one ourselves.

Please bring your own towels, bed linens, and kitchen towels from home; they are not included in the rental price. If you forget anything, you can rent these items for a small additional fee at the German-speaking administration office of the vacation complex.

There is a large parking lot directly below the house; you can always find a parking spot there, even during peak season. From the parking lot, a staircase with about 25 steps leads to the bungalow.

The final cleaning fee of 85 EUR and the visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per day per person (ages 14 and up) are added to the nightly rate. Your four-legged friend is welcome for a one-time fee of 40.00 euros.

We typically rent on a weekly basis, with Sunday as the check-in day.

TIGNALE SUNCLASS VACATION COMPLEX

Our vacation complex features a heated pool (25-meter lap pool) with a non-swimmer area, a baby pool, and a slide. The pool is open from approximately mid-May through mid-September. The lifeguard looks after guests of all ages during opening hours.

Also located by the pool are a children’s playground, a foosball table, a chess set, ping-pong tables, and a small, charming bistro kiosk.

The pool area is about a 5-minute walk from the house.

In addition, from Easter through the end of October, there’s a bread roll delivery service—simply order online, pick them up the next morning at the front desk after a short walk, and enjoy them fresh for breakfast.

The nearest town, Gardola, is about a 20-minute walk away, or a 3-minute drive or bike ride. There you’ll find a well-stocked Conad grocery store, small bars, an ice cream shop, and excellent—yet still quite affordable—restaurants and cafés. There’s also a gas station, charging stations for electric cars, a pharmacy, a bank, and other small shops.
