The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 16 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace (together with living room / bedroom) with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 1 sunlounger. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access (together with living room / bedroom). Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace (together with living room / bedroom). Cooking nook in the living room 16 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.

Tignale, district of Gardola, 600 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (WiFi), safe, iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite. There are some German channels in addition to the Italian ones.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, saltwater, heatable, 3.5 m x 9 m, 1.30 m deep). Upon request, guests can also use the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) of our Residence Ruculì in Oldesio di Tignale, approximately 1 km away.
