House was clean, very roomy for our family and my in laws, the backyard is also pretty large and fenced in so it is great if you are bringing kids. Beautiful outdoor furniture. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. "We had an absolute blast with our 4 and 8 year old. The Sugar Beach condominium as a whole is very nice, because it allows so much more space than the high rises allow on the beach. We had a furniture issue the tenants before us left, but it was communicated, and we moved right along. Great ownership and communication. Very clean and welcoming."

"The property was in great condition and very clean and maintained. We had tons of space and almost everything we needed. The cooking utensils were random and the knives needed sharpening, but we managed fine!The beds were comfortable and I was so pleased that there was everything there to do laundry as needed.
