"Die Jufa Hotels sind einfache sehr kinderfreundliche Hotels. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls einfach, aber sehr gut und wird immer wieder neu befüllt. Für Kinder sind auch direkt beim Hotel ein paar Tiere zum Streicheln. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht."

You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too.
But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"Das Schlössl Kindl Hotel ist ganz außergewöhnlich schön. Es besteht aus 2 Einheiten, wobei mir der Teil wo der Wellnessbereich ist , besser gefallen hat. Im Stammhaus, wo sich das Restaurant befindet, riecht es sehr oft in den Zimmern nach Essen.

"At check-in, the person at the reception, a short man with a beard and grey hair, was a bit grumpy. Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful.
