25 minutes from Angers, in a residential area, come and stay in this cottage for 4 people with heated swimming pool to share with the owner.

In the heart of the Basses Vallées Angevines, classified Natura 2000, you will discover along the developed trails a region that is full of animal and plant species. Along the banks of the Loir or the Sarthe, you will enjoy beautiful walks whether on foot, by bike, by canoe or on board a river cruise. To taste local products in a friendly atmosphere, don't forget to spend an evening in a guinguette set up on the banks of the river!

The cottage, adjoining the owner's house, opens onto a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, washing machine, ...) and lounge area (sofa, television). Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with games, armchairs and a double school desk, two attic bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and a storage room. The first bedroom has a 140x190cm double bed and the second has two 90x190cm single beds. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

Outside you will have a terrace with barbecue (land currently being developed).

The swimming pool heated to 25° is accessible as soon as weather conditions allow, with an outside temperature equal to or greater than 25° (10m x 5m - from 1.20m to 1.80m - safety curtain). Bath towels for the swimming pool are to be provided by you.

Recently settled in the region, the owner and her little dog Everest will be happy to welcome you to their property.

The cottage is located 25 minutes from the Terra Botanica plant park, 35 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 45 minutes from Saumur and 38 km from the Zoo de la Flèche
