"We had a great week on the river thanks to our fantastic host, Clint. Cottage is a wonderfully thoughtful renovation, set up for lots of fun activities inside and out. Plenty of beds and all the amenities with a superb dock and nice water access. We grilled, baked, caught lots of rays and even a few fish and crabs off the dock. Fun family activities close by, too. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. For exercise, we walked to the beach or used the golf cart on occasion. Community was welcoming and friendly. Neighbor next door was extremely helpful.
