The detached luxury villa "CASA MAJOS" was beautifully built for you as a vacationer in 2018 and is located in a quiet, exclusive location in Puerto del Carmen (Los Mojones). Puerto del Carmen used to be a romantic fishing village and is still probably the most beautiful place on the island today.
The house is on a private road and cannot be seen from the outside. It is about 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the beach, as well as the promenade with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, etc.

This extremely spacious, two-story villa can accommodate 6 people. It has, among other things, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with hairdryer), 1 guest bathroom. There is also a cot and a high chair for the little ones.

In the basement, the large, open dining and living area offers plenty of space to linger. Here you can experience a cozy evening TV with a 65 inch television.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hotplate, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all other utensils. A door leads from the kitchen to the utility room (Solana). This room is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. An iron with ironing board is available.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Here you can linger on the spacious terraces and enjoy a wonderful view over the roofs of Puerto del Carmen to the sea.

All rooms have beautiful high ceilings and doors, the bedrooms and living rooms are also air-conditioned.

The hidden sun terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers and has a heated pool (8x4m). The garden is planted with Canarian plants. A kettle grill is also available. Here you can relax with a delicious bottle of wine.

WiFi internet is free and unlimited.

General:
A beach towel, a shower towel and a wash towel are provided for each guest upon arrival. The house will be cleaned upon arrival and the beds will be freshly made. Please contact the property management if you require additional items.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning or new bed linen are subject to a charge and must be arranged personally with the property management.
The pool is heated by a pool heater. The temperature is 27 degrees. The pool should not be heated above this temperature, Otherwise there is a risk of contracting a viral disease.
