Just 5 minutes walking from the golden, sandy beach Playa de los Pocillos, the apartment Mimosa B1 is situated in a quiet residential complex with a pool in the lively town of Puerto del Carmen. Located on the ground floor, the apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for one person), a well-equipped kitchen with bar stools, one bedroom (with 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. On your private, covered terrace, you are invited to enjoy fresh meals together at the table with a view of some typical, tropical plants of Lanzarote. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex (which has a total of 30 apartments), you will find a pool lined by sun loungers, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. These are open all year round. Tan below the warm sun with a good magazine and take swim with your loved ones. With just a 10-minute walk (or 800 m), you can easily reach supermarkets, restaurants, a bike rental store and ice cream stores. A shopping complex is furthermore just 300 m away and a bus stop is located 5 minutes walking from the apartment. The absolute highlight of the apartment, however, is its proximity to the beach Playa de los Pocillos, which is only 400 m or a 5-minute walk away. Here you can take a bike ride down the lively promenade, lie down on beach’s soft, golden sand or wade into the waves of the vast ocean.
