Welcome to Casa Perdomo, a charming rural retreat located in the quiet village of Masdache, surrounded by volcanic landscapes, vineyards, and some of Lanzarote’s most renowned wineries. This peaceful setting is ideal for disconnecting, recharging, and enjoying the natural beauty of the island at a slower, more relaxed pace.



The house offers generous indoor space across two floors (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private gym) and a beautiful outdoor garden with solarium, barbecue area, and views of Lanzarote’s wine country.



Your Private Holiday Home

Casa Perdomo features three spacious bedrooms:

Two with double beds

One with two single beds

The property includes two full bathrooms, both equipped with high‑quality shower gel and lotion dispensers.



You will find two cosy living rooms, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family, as well as a dedicated dining room for comfortable meals at home.

A small private gym is available for guests who wish to stay active during their holidays.

The kitchen is fully prepared for everyday cooking and long stays. It includes:

Included Amenities

To ensure a comfortable stay, Casa Perdomo provides:

Bed linen and bath towels (including beach towels)

Bathroom courtesy kit: high‑quality shower gel and body lotion

Welcome package with water, milk, tea/coffee sachets, sugar, savoury biscuits, and additional snacks.

Initial supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper and bin bags



Note: This is a self‑service property. Once courtesy items are finished, they will not be replenished.

For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products are not provided.

Basic cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, mop, bucket) are available for use.



Air Conditioning

Casa Perdomo is equipped with air conditioning that operates using €1 coins.

This system promotes efficient and conscious use of energy, allowing guests to activate cooling only when needed.

Simply insert a coin whenever you wish to use the air conditioning during your stay.



Guest Policy

The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests.

Any additional guest aged 3 and over must be included in the booking and carries an additional nightly charge.



Arrival & Check‑In

Casa Perdomo uses a digital webapp for both check‑in and keyless access.

Everything is fully digital — no physical keys are used.



Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to complete an online check‑in through the webapp, which also serves as your digital guide during the stay. Through the app, you will receive:

Your personal access code for the electronic lock



Check‑in: from 15:00

Check‑out: before 11:00
