This homely apartment is perfect for a couple or families wishing to spend a peaceful and tranquil holiday. Located in a well looked after complex that is only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and amenities. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and has wonderful views from the living room and spacious balcony. Apartments Caleton Blanco is a popular complex and very well maintained with established gardens. Steps within the complex have direct access to the main beach road 'Avenida de las Playas' that runs along the whole of the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Please note there is a minimum age requirement of 14 years and a supplement per night for over 2 occupants.

We have been fortunate to stay at this apartment several times whilst at PDC. The apartment has everything we have needed and the outdoor space is superb. Sue is brilliant with communication and helpful with any queries that we have had. Thanks for letting us stay again

Another great trip

Another stay at this apartment & wont be the last. Well located at the start of the strip(old town side ). Balcony gets the sun all day. Apartment is spotless. WiFi no issues. 2 electric fans for use at night time helped with the higher temps. You can access the apartments from both the front (beach) and back (beside colony club). Supermarket at 2 mins walk. Booking system and contact with owner was faultless. Pool area is spotless also and I’ve found enough chairs for everyone. The complex is quiet enough with no noise from the strip. Thanks again for a great stay.

Excellent property, everything you need, however situation not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. A few problems with VRBO site before we left, but the host got back to us and gave us all the information necessary.

Lovely week in Puerto Del Carmen

Quick week away in the sunshine in lovely Puerto Del Carmen. Been many times and Rick and Sue’s apartment was excellent. Great view and brilliant location, near all restaurants and bars you would need.

Everything you need

Apartment had everything. Saw a Whale from the balcony which was a real treat. Quite a lot of steps involved. All kitchen utensils you need to self cater. Washing up liquid & handsoap provided. Really close to proper supermarket, beach & restaurants

Apartment is overrun with small ants, all non-canned food we had to store in the refrigerator.Front door lock was that stiff you had a job to turn the key,Furniture in lounge dirty, scruffy and uncomfortable, the settee is a fold up metal bed that is terrible to look at. Curtains don’t fit the window. No dining table. An old non-working Smeg fridge used as a cupboard. Why? Takes up what could be dining area.The tap on the kitchen sink is loose. No Oven, even though it said on apartment info that there was one. The only grill was a tiny one within the microwave. Bathroom sinks had no plugs in them. (Reported and sorted). Bathroom sinks leaked into cupboards underneath (came out to fix) Happened again after one weeks stay! New tap and connections fitted. Shower is that small that you can barely bend to wash your legs and feet. Hot water is just enough for a shave and 2 showers. (the apt has beds for 4, plus a fold up double bed in the lounge). Badly stained sheet on single bed. Replaced. Day after arrival for a one month stay we were informed the pool was going to be drained and work was going to be carried out on it taking 3 weeks. (Compensation obtained for the days affected).Managed to find alternative accommodation for last 13 nights of our planned stay so moved out.This apartment is in urgent need of remedial work and updating.We have photos of lots of the above.Sue our contact in the resort was very helpful during our stay, she helped as much as possible.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Jeder hatte ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und großem Kleiderschrank. Vom sehr großen Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick über den Pool und aufs Meer. Sonne scheint dort den ganzen Tag , eine Markise ist vorhanden ! Wir haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz an der Straße gefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; eine kleine Gewürzauswahl wäre toll.Der Weg in die Wohnung läuft über einige Treppen, mit schweren Koffern und für ältere Menschen etwas beschwerlich.Wir haben einen sehr schönen Januar-Urlaub dort verbracht.

Great Balcony

Lovely quiet resort, apartment top floor, sunshine on balcony all day, Bedrooms at back so you can hear light road traffic. Apartment could do with updating but very comfortable and has everything you need. Would definately return

Lovely apartment; definitely needs air con. Sunbeds on balcony needs updated badly. Apartment had everything we needed. Big supermarket near by. pool area was good no mad rush to get a bed. location is great; central for everything. Wouldn’t recommend for someone with mobility issues too many stairs. Lovely quiet complex; would definitely use again for future holidays.

Overall a really grewt stay. The apartment was very very clean and super large balcony. 2 nice sized bedrooms with lots of storage space. Great large bathroom. Sofa could prob be updated. Great location although steep stairs. Pool was lovely. Recommend this super apartment to couples or friend's.

Stunning apartment and fantastic location. It has everything you need and lots of lovely little extra touches (books, games,cards, beach umbrella etc, fans). Spotless, everything worked ! Rooms were so cool in the evening which is a great. Balcony takes the sun all day and has 2 loungers with comfortable cushions. Booking process was so easy and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely booking again for next year. Thank you

Great Location

Close to the beach shops and restaurants and all within 5 minutes walk. Getting to the apartment from the airport using the bus was simple and extremely cheap - less than €2 each. The bus stops were again only a short distance from the apartment. The balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view had sun pretty much all day and was very spacious with 2 sun beds provided. The apartment had everything that you would need for a short break plus good wifi and TV with UK channels. The only thing to be aware of, there are steps to access the apartment and also hills to negotiate around the apartment and I would imagine it would be dificult for those with mobility issues.

This apartment was perfectly adequate for our week but is perhaps a little 'tired'. The lounge could benefit from more comfortable furniture, especially if there's more than 2 people staying. 'Cardiac' hill was not as daunting as first anticipated!

When arrived at the property the code to get into the complex was wrong and we had to phone owner who did not know. Luckily someone was coming out and they told us. Fridge was dirty, and I had to clean it before being able to use. The duvets in the bedrooms didn’t have covers and had stains on them. There were not enough towels left for guests and again had to contact owner. In bathroom one sink tap didn’t work and other sink didn’t have a plug. Sink started to leak and waited in for plumber to replace and then we had 2 sinks and neither with a plug. Had to walk 5 mins to next street with rubbish. Don’t understand why we were charged excess for 3 people in a 2 bed property and also service charge when we had to take our rubbish to street bins 5 min walk away

Fantastic location

Just home from an amazing 10 nights over New Year. Location of apartment is fantastic, right next to all the restaurants and the beach although far enough back that there is no noise. The apartment was spotless and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Thank you.

Großartige Lage

Die Lage, die riesige Südterrasse und das sonnige Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick sind grandios, und es dürfte schwer sein, in Puerto del Carmen etwas Vergleichbares zu finden. Auch das Bad mit Fenster ist klasse. Etwas weniger schön sind die Schlafzimmer, sie liegen nach hinten direkt an der Straße mit entsprechendem Lärm und sind etwas abgewohnt, die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist aber gut. Die Kommunikation mit Sue war super, sie hat sich sehr bemüht und wir konnten vor der Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung und am Abreisetag länger bleiben.
