"We stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door. The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do. "Elevator from parking garage was out of order. Had to carry my suitcase up 8 flights of stairs to access the hotel lobby. Asked staff at checkin to comp the 5GBP parking charge but they said the car park was owned by the town and they couldn’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable. The staff should have provided vehicular access to the lobby for unloading which would have been possible under the circumstances."

"The property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders.
