"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. "Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. "

"The hotel is located nicely in the center of Phong Nha close to restaurants and a few shops. The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. "

"Our group of 3 stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The cabins are just like the pictures and in a quiet area that is very peaceful and relaxing. The home cooked breakfast each morning and one home cooked dinner we enjoyed were just delicious. The owners were beyond welcoming and so friendly and their dog is the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. "Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek.
