"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. "The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"The family that owns the hotel were great! We had some snacks and beers together during Tet, it was really cool. the grounds are really nice, big pool etc. They made us breakfast each morning and that was really a nice treat (the banana pancakes were great!) They have motorbikes to use and got us a bus back down to Hue. We had 5 straight days of rain so that was a bummer but obviously out of the hotels control. All in all, I would totally stay here again if I was back in phong nha. "

"Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too! "
