"Friendly staff and amazing resort. They made our holiday memorable. Every areas are exceptional clean, spacious rooms and the resort has many activities to take part on. Great fitness centre. Avani+ is run by very professional team with an impressive work ethic. We will definitely going back there."
"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...

"Our stay at Sentido Khao Lak was wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable and was happy to help us with organizing shuttles to the airport, etc.
We enjoyed the really good breakfast in the mornings and the lounges directly next to the sea!

"Three nights here scheduled at last minute after a major travel change. The road out front is a three lane highway separated by a divider plus a bike lane. Typically this would be a nightmare for me but I asked the manager for a fan and she lent me one that was on the noisy side which was great for me. I’m a “white noise” guy and can’t sleep in silence. I don’t want to hear motorcycles racing at 2am either and there was a little of that but not a lot. I requested a corner unit in the back away...

Es gibt eine Strandbar mit eher mittelmäßiger Küche, die nicht zum Hotel gehört und Massagemöglichkeiten am Strand die von externen betrieben werden. Preisleistung ist okay. Im Marriott selbst wird über die Beachbar qualitativ gutes Essen serviert. Eine Pizza Salami bekommt man für circa 300 Baht."

Nicely decorated and 20m from the water. Comfy bed, good food options or take a 100 Tuk tuk to town where there’s plenty of dining options. "

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "
