"My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable.

"Don’t know about this property except the lobby since I left
Went to check in and told I’m to early ok I understand
The I asked to use a bathroom in the lobby to be told it was broken and I couldn’t use it thanks especially after driving for 8 hours this on top of the pool being closed and hotel looking run down so I left and went to another hotel
The homeless guys eyeing all the cars in the parking lot turned me right off
Didn’t cancel because no one seemed to care
No more travlodges in...
