The Space:
A true Three Rivers home set back against the Sequoia National Forest, upgraded with modern amenities and everything an adventurer would need when arriving home from a long day exploring the Giant Forest! Across the road from the river, open the windows and listen to the river water or just enjoy nature's view.

-The second bedroom has two queen beds, great for kids or friends traveling together
-A few minutes to restaurants, shopping, and 15 minutes to the park entrance.
-Across the street from the river
-Within minutes of Kaweah Lake and recreation areas.
-Sequoia National Park themed, a great escape for anyone traveling to the National Parks who need a home base that will continue the experience!

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, and patio/balcony. Take in the stunning views from every vantage point. Plenty of easy, flat parking is available. Please note that the garage is not accessible.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the scenic South Fork Drive, our property offers easy access to the Kaweah River and is just a short drive from the popular Kaweah Lake, perfect for water activities and relaxation. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Slick Rock recreation area, offering opportunities for hiking, swimming, and enjoying the natural beauty. The majestic Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks are also within easy reach, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable adventures. For dining, you're minutes away from The Gateway, a local favorite with riverfront views, and Reimer's, a delightful candy shop. Explore the charm of Three Rivers, with its blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore the area is by car. The property offers free parking for guests. Public transportation is not readily available.

Other Things to Note:
We're happy to welcome your furry friends! There's a small, non-refundable pet fee of $100. We'd appreciate it if you could bring a bed for your pets and make sure to clean up after them.
Also, there's a $20 per guest per night fee for any extra guests beyond the first 4.
