RIVERS EDGE: 5 Acres of ULTIMATE PRIVACY: These 4 bedrooms (plus Murphy Bed in the living room) and 3-bathroom Home sits on 5 Acres on the River and has everything you might need to have a fun and relaxing escape from hectic everyday life. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a luxurious rattan king size bed, and all 3 bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. One of the bedrooms is an upstairs loft with stunning views of the river and surrounding mountains. The living room has large windows bringing outside inside and has 2 sofas creating a cozy nest with TV. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and there are 2 more seats at the kitchen bar. Or dine on the deck overlooking the river. The breakfast nook is a perfect place to have a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, or you can have breakfast outdoors on the patio listening to the sound of the river. You have your own private river access just follow path down to the river to our newly added river deck. You are in the country, watch for wildlife. garage has been converted to a game room with karaoke and pool table.

Within a 5-mile drive to the town of Three Rivers you can stop into our local brewery, grab a brew at the coffee shop, enjoy a selection of local restaurants by the river, and stroll through local shops and museum. Sequoia National Park is 5 miles from there.
