Welcome to our meticulously designed & furnished mid-century modern luxury home nestled in the serene foothills of Sequoia National Park.
CENTRAL LOCATION: Sierra Skyline is conveniently located: 5 minute walk from Case Mountain trails and recreational area, 7 minute drive from all shops, eateries, and amenities in Three Rivers, 12 minute drive from Sequoia National Park, 45 minute drive from Giant Forest and General Sherman.

☾The living room's sliding glass door opens to a 250 sq ft deck with panoramic mountain views, a propane fire pit, and BBQ grill. Create memorable evenings under the stars gathered around the fire pit. Observe the wonders of nature as you catch glimpses of deer, turkey, quail, and the occasional black bear. Above all, relish in the calm and crisp Sierra mountain air.

3 FULL BATHROOMS: There are 3 full bathrooms in the house, with one located in master suite. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and Beekman 1802 Fresh Air shampoo, conditioner, hand & body wash.

The entire house, pool, hot tub and grounds is all yours to enjoy. There are no other cabins or houses on the property. All guests agree to hold Sierra Skyline harmless from any and all liability occasioned in any way from their presence on Sierra Skyline premises, including the grounds, pool and hot tub.
⚠︎ PLEASE READ & ADHERE TO POOL & HOT TUB RULES DISPLAYED ON PREMISES. Guests are responsible for any damages and loss due to negligence, including but not limited to additional heating expenses, trash & dirtying of pool/hot tub water, tampering of any of the landscaping and lighting.
THE POOL: Please note that the pool is not heated. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. All guests swim at your own risk. Though the pool area is fenced off for safety precautions, please ensure to supervise children of all ages closely.
Our pool technician comes twice a week to clean and maintain the pool. Due to the property's natural surroundings, guests may still find natural critters roaming around pool occasionally. Please use caution and stay away from bears and snakes. Tree frogs and small rodents are normally harmless.

CASE MOUNTAIN TRAILS: Sierra Skyline is located just 5 minutes walking from the Case Mountain trails - a storybook hidden gem that contains the only Sequoia grove complex managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). As you walk out the house back onto Skyline, turn left and keep walking until you see the trail entrance. On Google maps, search "Salt Creek" for the trail entrance.
Case Mountain recreation area includes dozens of miles of mountain bike, foot, and equestrian trails, picnic tables, and endless opportunities for wildlife observation and exploration in the foothills of the Sierras.
COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGE STATION: Starter coffee and teas are provided for your enjoyment. Includes 2.5 oz organic breakfast blend coffee, Numi organic teas, honey sticks, creamer, and sweeteners.
LUXURY KITCHEN & SMALL APPLIANCES: We offer a range of appliances guaranteed to bring delicious meals to life. Kitchen is outfitted with a Samsung induction stovetop, smart convection oven for baking, roasting, and air frying, smart french door refrigerator & freezer, and dishwasher.
Beverage appliances include a 12-cup Black + Decker coffee maker, Nespresso milk frother, Bodum french press and electric water kettle.
Other kitchen essentials provided are a Vitamix blender, 8 quart Crock Pot slow cooker, Instant Pot, 4-slot toaster, microwave, various baking sheets and bakeware, pots & pans, silverware, glassware & mugs, and dinnerware. For the outdoor BBQ enthusiasts, you will find BBQ N'Serve grill basket sets, various utensils, meat thermometer, and roasting sticks for S'mores, hot dogs, etc. to your liking.
GROCERIES: We recommend guests to go grocery shopping at home/on the way to Three Rivers and packing it for your stay. The Village Market in Three Rivers would be the best option for stocking up on any last-minute essentials you may have forgotten.
Our kitchen pantry is stocked with basic items including salt, pepper, various assortment of spices (garlic & onion powder, everything bagel seasoning, pumpkin spice powder).
EXTRAS: Fresh linen, bath towels, and pool/hot tub towels are provided.
WATER SOFTENER: Entire home is treated with Aquasure water softener, delivering impeccable softened water throughout the home. Please note that there is no filtered drinking water and we recommend bringing your own drinking water.
WATER PUMP: Due to the mountainous and rural area, standard water pressure in most of the area is lower than what we may be familiar with. We have installed a water pump that helps boost water pressure in the home.
The pump makes a humming noise when water is in use only (i.e. when a toilet is flushed or someone is running the faucet). It is located in the rear of the home closer to the double bedrooms, as such, guests in the double bedroom may hear the pump working.
NON-TOXIC CLEANING SUPPLIES USED: Our professional cleaning crews use non-toxic MEYERS cleaning solutions for surfaces and BONA floor cleaner.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: During booking, be sure to select the optional Airbnb travel insurance. In the event that a travel disruption occurs (weather, illness, etc.), we ask that you are covered as we don't issue refunds outside of our cancellation policy.
PROPERTY RULES: ⚠ Sierra Skyline is mindful of nature and respects our neighbors and neighborhood.
⚠ Wildlife abounds around the home (bears, snakes, moths, etc), please ensure all doors are kept shut at all times.
⚠ We love our furry companions and pets, however, this house is NOT suitable to accommodate pets of any kind. Guests will be charged an automatic $500 penalty for bringing pets and additional fees for cleaning + assessed damages.
⚠ Absolutely NO parties or loud music is allowed. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own for future guests and your return visits.
⚠ Our home is located in a high wildfire risk area. Absolutely NO fires/burning of any kind (this includes bonfires and candles). Please utilize the propane fire pit and BBQ responsibly.
⚠There is NO smoking on the property.
⚠ Please refrain from rearranging any furniture and furnishings (including throw blankets, pillows, decor objects), handle our furnishings with care, and maintain overall cleanliness in the home. See note below on property damages.
⚠ After pool/hot tub use, please DO NOT sit on furniture and furnishings in wet clothing/bathing suits. See note below on property damages.
⚠You are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequential loss suffered by the Property Owner resulting from but not including to any of the above. Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card.
