A very private, peaceful and serene home on 1.3 acres, just 1.5 miles from “town” and only 7.5 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park. The perfect escape to recharge for your next adventure.

KITCHEN that is fully stocked with everything you’ll need & bar top seating for 3. A full size fridge (with ice maker), oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, instant pot, coffee maker (with filters & ground coffee), keurig & cups, blender, electric tea kettle, pots & pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, dish towels, hand & dish soap, dishwasher detergent, all cooking and baking utensils, basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and olive oil. Pretty much everything you’ll need! A propane gas BBQ is located in the backyard.

DINING ROOM featuring a large beautiful cedar wood table seating 8 + 2 highchairs.

FAMILY ROOM with genuine leather couch + chair, 65” Smart TV, 2 cozy swivel chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM featuring a king size mattress (sleeps 2) & attached full bathroom. All towels & sheets provided. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, make-up wipes & hairdryer provided.

GUEST BEDROOM featuring a king size mattress (sleeps 2) & large closet. All sheets provided.

LOFT (4TH BEDROOM) upstairs with high vaulted wood-beamed ceiling featuring 2 trundle beds (4 twin beds total), a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (sleeps 2), genuine leather recliner, 55” Smart TV, table with 4 chairs, games/puzzles, foosball table and beanbags… the ultimate hangout spot that sleeps 6. All sheets provided.

MASTER RETREAT BEDROOM & BATHROOM located downstairs featuring a king size mattress (sleeps 2), closet and attached full bathroom. Includes a pullout queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (sleeps 2), 55” Smart TV and high top table for 2 with beautiful windows letting in ample amounts of natural light. This room also includes a mid-size fridge & microwave. All towels & sheets provided. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, make-up wipes provided. Queen sleeper sofa sheets will be found in a labeled basket on the bottom shelf in the bathroom & pillows for the Queen sleeper sofa are on the king bed. Two Pack ‘N Plays are available with a 3" mattress, waterproof mattress cover and fitted sheet.

FENCED-IN FRONT PORCH DECK on the main level offers a peaceful setting with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or tea, evening cocktails, and the soothing sounds of birds and the nearby flowing river along with a view of the starry skies you won’t soon forget.

OPEN BACKYARD with patio table and propane BBQ perfect for grilling, entertaining family and friends, and relaxing after a day in Sequoia Park. A shade over the backyard patio furniture is attached during warm summer months.

LAUNDRY is located behind the doors in the hallway for guest use if needed. Laundry detergent is provided.
