"Everything was amazing "

"This is an older property being refurbished. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average especially at this price point. A very good value if you just need a place to sleep."

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"I thought it would have been hot and cold breakfast and I couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was set, but I had a wonderful time there."

"Nice clean place "

"Room was nasty. No working A/c so it was hot and humid. Someone threw up on our car in the parking lot. Microwave was dirty and there was stuff from a previous guest in the mini fridge still. Overall terrible experience and I wish we just spent the extra money to stay closer downtown 😭"

"Love this hotel staff is nice"

"I had a very disappointing stay at the Super 8. The room was unclean when I arrived, with visible dirt and an overall neglected feel. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room that made it hard to relax. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."

"They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund"

"The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell....

"Overall, everything was good during my stay. The staff was friendly, and everything felt calm and peaceful. The AC worked well and kept the room comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, for two days it seemed like someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the smell came strongly into my bathroom. "The staff had no problem allowing us to check in a little early since we arrived in town sooner than expected. Very polite, clean room and great breakfast. This was our 3rd time staying here and will definitely stay here again when visiting family."
