"These people were horrible and lairs. We drove 159 miles to no man's land only to be told they did not use Vrbo and we had no reservations. They claimed they e-mailed me but then said they did not have my e-mail address or any of my information. I think they cancelled our reservations on Vrbo and sent a message through this web site. Which I did not get. They claimed vrbo was a scam and they have no connection with vrbo. They never once apologized just said you got scammed. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The layout worked great for us, and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. A/C worked well, and the home is in a quiet spot in the neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We would stay again when in the area. "

"Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! "

"GPS is wrong- turn left onto private drive "Wiley Pass" and follow to the end. Quaint and quiet, fairly secluded, wifi is weak but available. Lots of wildlife and nature sounds. Loved the big yard plenty of outdoor seating for the campfire and grill area."

"We had a wonderful time! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Everything was wonderful!! Yes I said wonderful 3 times 😉 We traveled all over the area exploring and enjoy local activities, just busy having fun. It was awesome! We were able to enjoy the lake while we watched the eclipse, very neat experience 😀 Thanks again!! If we come back to the area we will stay again!!"

"We had a great time. The property is very nice. View of the lake was beautiful, the pool was wonderful. The cabin was cute and stocked with all we needed. The boat dock was awesome, a safe place to put our boat and a great swim platform. The owners are fantastic very accommodating and friendly."

"The property was exactly as expected. We used many of the amenities and everything was in working order. Only a 5 minute drive to Hwy 125 Marina where we rented a surf boat for a couple of days.The property manager was quick to respond to my questions, and we enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed here for a few days for a private retreat. It was quiet, tranquil and just what I needed. The cabin has everything you need. Anne is a great host. Very welcoming and attentive to anything you might need but respectful of your privacy. The property is wonderful and I loved the trails on-site are excellent. Perfect for a short excursion. "
