"My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to catch up with some friends. The house was awesome, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was perfect for running or walking. We chose this area because it was a good halfway point between us and our friends, but I'm glad we decided to stay at Joe's place. The pool was awesome. Joe was responsive with any questions we had. I'd highly recommend this place and we would stay here again next time we're back in the area. Thanks Joe!"

"Lovely property in downtown Kennett Square. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture. Bath has been updated beautifully. It is important to note that the loft is accessed by a steep ladder. The ladder appears to be very sturdy, but could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. Lots of places to walk the dog. We will stay here again!"

"Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and spacious! The backyard is great! Plenty of room for yard games. The only con is that there were lots of flies, but we were able to manage with the fly swatters provided, and additional items that we purchased.
