The Retreat at Burwood includes wide open spaces inside and out! With extra large bedrooms, dedicated work/desk areas, plenty of land for roaming and a large front porch for sipping sweet tea and coffee, you won`t want to leave our home in the country!

*The main home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 7 people.

*There is a guest house on the property by the barn, that is rented out long term. While you may seen the tenant, the spaces are very separate and private.

Feel free to use the front and side yards, the pond and the dirt. For your safety, please do not enter the barn or pastures.

The Retreat at Burwood is located in the small community called Burwood in Thompsons Station, TN. We are surrounded by a variety of homes ranging from older, established homes to a newly-built gated estate community right across the street and everything in between! Historic Huff`s Grocery is 1 mile away as is the Burwood Community Center with a small walking trail and playground.

This fabulous home has undergone renovations to make it comfortable and cozy! Also, since we are in the country, you may see a few bugs or critters! We have the house sprayed regularly inside and out. Welcome to the country!!

Cell service and WiFi in the country may be spotty! We would not recommend planning to stay here if you are planning to `work from home` and participate in multiple zoom calls.

Cleaning Protocol:
I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Please note:
Some or all amenities may not be available in the event of a power outage due to circumstances beyond our control. While we will report outages to the appropriate local companies, we are not able to refund stays due to temporary outages.

A $500 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
