As you enter, the formal dining room greets you on the right. The open-concept living room flows into a cozy breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen. Just off the hallway near the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bath.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, just off the living room. It features a massive en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

Head upstairs to a bright bonus room with a Smart TV and foosball table, great for movie nights or friendly competition.

Upstairs sleeping arrangements include:
- A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom on either of the upstairs full bathroom.
- Third upstairs guest room has a queen bed and a daybed trundle (two twin beds).

Whether you`re relaxing by the fire pit, enjoying a meal together, or winding down in one of the cozy bedrooms, this home is built for comfort and connection.

Please plan to bring no more than 4 vehicles.

While street parking is technically allowed, it’s quite tight—we strongly recommend using the garage and driveway for the best experience.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 12. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
