"The owner was absolutely fantastic. HOWEVER, Expedia had booked me a room that was NOT available. The owner said she had blacked out the dates................. Expedia said there was ONE room available. The owner had to juggle seriously, and we got a room. I am NOT impressed with Expedia at this point - the poor lady had THREE others she had to re-room elsewhere, as Expedia showed there were rooms available, where there clearly were not. VERY impressed with Bell Mountain Hotel. NOT so with...
