"The property was run down and needs updating. The master bed was on a bare box spring in a metal frame that stuck out and gouged my husband. The skiing access wasn’t as convenient as advertised. At checkout we were instructed to take all of our garbage to the end of the street to put in bins that were nowhere to be found, so we had to take it with us."

"The apartment had no proper on site support. Every time we needed assistance, we had to go to the main entrance because there was nobody available in the building to help guests. The apartment was rented for three people, but there were only towels and bed linens for two. In the bathroom, there was only one small sample size shampoo and conditioner set, clearly not enough for three guests. The apartment was also very dirty. The carpet looked old, black, and completely worn out. There were no bed linens prepared for the sofa bed, and when they finally brought some, I found old bedding stored inside that looked like it had been there for a very long time. The mattress was in terrible condition. It looked broken and uneven, as if the foam or springs had collapsed to one side. Although the location is good, the apartment is absolutely not worth the price. I would not stay here again."
