"Great location, right on the edge of downtown. Safeway half a block away, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Walk/drive to the beach, drive to wineries. Home was charmingly restored and comfortable, with all the amenities and lots of parking. Property manager had good communication and check in instructions were straightforward. Great place to stay!"

The communication was excellent and she went above and beyond, providing so many breakfast options for us. But most of all, I really appreciated the help extended to us in making sure our fur baby had a comfortable place to be on our vacation, and while we attended a wedding. Great place to stay, and a fantastic host!"

"This was our second stay at Rosehill Estate and it was perfect for our whole family (13 people). Check-in was very smooth - they went above and beyond. And communication was excellent during our entire stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the house, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything visitors could need. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub - you don’t need to leave the estate unless you want to. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We’ll be back!"

"Great views from the covered deck. Didn't get a chance to use the pool because the weather wasn't quite warm enough. But it looked great. Rooms were a good size."
